Yes, you can bring in your own alcohol. The only reason you would need a licensed bartender would be if you were wanting to do a “cash bar” however, it is always a good idea to have a bar tender to ensure there is no underage drinking and people aren’t consuming too much alcohol. We do take a deposit anytime alcohol is involved in an event for potential damages. We recommend that your family is proactive in protecting themselves in the event of an accident with event insurance so that such a special day and event isn’t ruined because of a mishap or negligence.

Yes, you can bring in your own caterer, or even cater your own. We have local caterers we can recommend if you need a little help.

Yes, you can rent an additional hour for $100 so that you can go until midnight.

If there is any ceremony setup required outside, you are responsible for that. We
do offer a discount if you choose to do your own setup inside the barn. For our 2019 packages, we have different priced packages where you can do your own set up or have us do it.

For 2018, one night of the cabin is built in our pricing. If you’d like to book it for
additional nights, it is $150/night as long as it is available. It’s a great option for a two day package.

Cleanup is the responsibility of the wedding party, or for an extra cost, we can do it for you, as well. 🙂
