Yes, you can! You will need a licensed bartender if you exchange any cash for alcohol. A bar tender is recommended if you have any mixed drinks and to control underage drinks.

We do not have linens, but Vicki’s Rustic Rentals just down the road rents out linens and will deliver and pickup, if you choose to go through her for your rental needs.

We do have a decorations closet you can pull from at the venue for no extra charge and we have a rental business right down the road too (Vickis Rustic Rentals on FB)!

Yes! Our family all pitched in to help with our wedding food and we want other families to be able to have that same option should they choose to take on the work of doing that!

You are welcome to choose and bring in your own vendors, however, if you need suggestions, we have a recommended vendor list and even a Dream Team Experience Package.

Yes, you can rent additional hours at a rate of $125/hour.

We do! Our lodging is included with our two day packages. Lodging is not included with our Sunday packages BUT can be added on.

We have a DIY option where you do your own or a package that has indoor setup and cleanup available. If you get married outside and don’t use the benches, you are responsible for chair setup and breakdown/transition

Yes, as long as they are nice and you pick up after them. However, no pets are allowed in the cabins.

Yes we have a full kitchen with prep space, fridges and a stove.

Our limits outside are endless, but inside the barn the max we can fit with a dance floor is 350-375. Without an indoor dance floor we can fit closer to 400.

We have 375 chairs. We have 18 round (60”) and 34 (8 ft.) rectangle tables. We also have a few 4-6 ft. Tables and a smaller round sweetheart table (48”)

Yes, both Sedalia and Warrensburg are 10-15 miles to nice hotel options. There is a cute little Airbnb in Knob in addition to ours too _____and Paulies right by the local coffee shop!

Yes, Ditzfeld Transfer and ETS both have services that will transport your guests from the barn safely to nearby hotels. A shuttle bus is a great favor to keep your guests safe!

No open flames, but you can use floating candles or candles completely enclosed in a vase or jar. No tea lights or free standing candles.

Wood walls and beams can’t be puttied and painted over….so we ask that you leave holes out of them. Zip ties, rope and ribbon work great for securing things and the open beam structure makes it very easy to tie things up or drape items.
